USA Returns Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you’re welcome to return your order within 30 days of purchase.
We just ask that items are unworn, in their original condition, with swing tags attached and any packaging is included.
You can return your online order for a refund with Refundid via our returns portal here.
Note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the garment is deemed faulty.

The cost to return is $10 USD.

What products can’t be returned?
Please note that due to the nature of some products, there are some items that we can’t offer returns or exchanges for.
*When trying on swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place, and not removed or altered if returning. Swimwear can only be returned via the online returns portal. Swimwear can’t be returned or exchanged in any store.
*We do not accept refunds or exchanges on DECJUBA Beauty products, jewellery, or bodysuits.
*International orders are not eligible for return.

Can I return DECJUBA products purchased from a stockist?
No. DECJUBA products purchased from a stockist must be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you purchased DECJUBA from Myer, The Iconic, David Jones or another stockist, you'll need to contact them directly for returns.
Consumer Guarantees
DECJUBA reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using our online withdrawal function here: EU Order Withdrawal.
Once your request has been submitted, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request. This confirmation will include the details submitted, along with the date and time your request was received.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return your item to us in accordance with the return instructions provided. Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition, with swing tags attached and any original packaging included.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the garment is deemed faulty or we are required to do so by law. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team.
Your statutory right of withdrawal is in addition to any rights you may have under our standard returns policy.
