"I’ve had to return this for an exchange to a smaller size- I originally purchased sz 14, I measure between 12-14 depending on material- the material of this jeans is soft and stretchy and the knee 12 would be more of flattering fit. Purchased online as it is an online exclusive colour. Exchange in-store was, quite easy and smooth- Although I feel so bad for the sales associates as they had to go through so many steps to process my exchange. Lady who helped me at Watergardens store was so good, remained proffesional and was calm the whole process- customer service is what I’m giving this item 5⭐️. I can give better review once I try on/ wear it."
