Returns and exchanges For any reason you are not quite satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that all products are unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included. - Full price items, or items on a limited-time promotion: the product can be returned online or in store for a full refund. Exchanges, refunds or store credit are available at any DECJUBA store. - Sale items: returns are not offered, but an exchange or store credit is available in store. What can't be returned: - Swimwear: the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and not be removed or altered if returning. Swimwear can only be returned via the online returns portal, never in store. - DECJUBA Beauty products, SWIISH, jewellery and bodysuits: no refunds or exchanges. - International orders are not eligible for return. - CB4BC items are final sale - no refunds, exchanges or store credits. How to return: - In store and Click & Collect purchases can only be returned or exchanged in store. Bring the item and proof of purchase to any DECJUBA store. - Online orders can be returned for a standard refund through the returns portal (Refundid). Return shipping is not covered unless the garment is deemed faulty. - Full price orders paid online with Zippay or Klarna can only be returned online, and for refund only. An in-store exchange for an alternate item, size or colour is available. - Items purchased from stockists such as Myer or THE ICONIC must be returned to that stockist directly. Stockist purchases can't be returned to DECJUBA, and DECJUBA purchases can't be returned to stockists. DECJUBA reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions. Delivery and shipping Eligibility for each option is displayed at checkout. Australian rates: - Standard delivery: free on orders over $100, otherwise $11.95. - Priority delivery: $6.95 on orders over $100, otherwise $16.95. - Same day delivery (Melbourne only): $11.95 on orders over $100, $21.95 under $100. Weekdays, order before 2:00pm for delivery 6:00-11:00pm the same day; business days only. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends are delivered the next business day. A residential address is recommended as the delivery must be signed for. - Uber delivery: $16.95 on orders over $100, $21.95 under $100. Order between 10:00am and 3:00pm for delivery within 3 hours. Items must be stocked in a participating store within 15km. - Click & Collect: orders are ready within 24 hours, with SMS and email notification when ready. If a delivery can't be completed, the courier will try again the next business day before returning the package. International shipping is available to a published country list, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates. - International priority shipping: free on orders over $300 AUD, otherwise $30 AUD. - Timeframes begin after the order has been processed and are based on Australia Post Express guidelines. A few simple habits - less washing, smarter storing, the occasional conditioning - can keep your favourite pieces looking great and going longer. Denim: your jeans work hard, and looking after them is easy. Wash less - spot clean where you can and air your denim between wears; every wash you skip helps it hold its colour and shape for longer. Hand wash or gentle machine wash only, in cold water, always. No hot cycles. Wool and alpaca: pieces you'll buy once and wear forever, needing less washing than you'd think. Hand wash or gentle machine wash cold with a wool-specific detergent. Gently press out the water, then roll in a clean towel to absorb the rest. Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. Leather: real leather only gets better with time. Wipe down after wear with a soft dry cloth to remove surface dust and moisture before storing. Condition every few months with a leather conditioner, applied with a soft cloth and tested on a small area first.
