Good looking piece but poor quality

"Loved the dress design and it was very comfortable. Unfortunately had a oil stain and I tried to wash it with water straight away but it didnt do anything so i used Vanish powder to wash at home & it left discolouration on the dress. I rang the store which a staff member did say no guarantee but bringing it in to show her manager. I brought it back and I was dismissed by the staff member who refused to look at it and said because Ive touched it, theres nothing she can do. I felt it was managed poorly. I did not soak and followed the care instructions. I am left disappointed by the service and the product I received."
