Conversions: AU/UK 6 = US 2 = EU 34, through to AU/UK 20 = US 16 = EU 48. Denim follows the women's clothing chart. Separate charts cover women's shoes, kids' apparel (ages 6-16) and kids' shoes. Wool and alpaca: gentle cold wash with a wool detergent, roll in a towel, dry flat away from heat. Leather: wipe down after wear, condition every few months. Products must be unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included. - **Full price and limited-time promotion items**: returnable online or in store for a full refund. Exchanges, refunds or store credit are available in any DECJUBA store. - **Sale items**: not returnable; exchange or store credit in store only. - **International orders**: not eligible for return. - Exclusions apply (including swimwear conditions, DECJUBA Beauty, SWIISH, jewellery and bodysuits). Return shipping is not covered unless the garment is deemed faulty. - Items bought from stockists such as Myer or THE ICONIC must be returned to them directly.
